Orders placed before 2pm are normally dispatched on the same day*. Most UK orders arrive within 1-3 working days. If you are out when delivery is attempted, whether by Royal Mail or by a courier, you will receive a card to rearrange delivery.

Delivery costs to Europe and the rest of the World varies depending on your country of delivery & order value - please check the prices during checkout. Delivery takes typically 2-8 working days.


* Subject to stock availability. All parcels over a value of £50 must be signed for, so please ensure there is someone available to receive parcels at the delivery address. We cannot offer refunds for postage.
** We obtain proof of postage for next working day parcels.

Moneyback Guarantee
You have the right to return any unused items in a re-saleable condition (unworn in original packaging with tags attached) for a refund or exchange within 28 days. We recommend you take your items to the local Post Office and ask for a "Certificate of Posting", stating our return address. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels unless you have this certificate. Items returned with postage unpaid may not be delivered. Tights and underwear must be returned in original unopened packaging. Any faulty items / problems with your received order must be reported to our customer services team before return, please email  Stagedoor@xln.co.uk and include your order ID, name the order was placed under and phone number.

Non-collection of Delivered Goods
If goods are returned to us by Royal Mail or DHL due to non-collection from the delivery centre, postage will be re-charged at the original rate.

Exchanges & Returns
If you would like to exchange an item for the same item of a different size or colour, or a different item, post the items back to us and we will send an exchange to you free of charge. We recommend you take your items to the local Post Office and ask for a "Certificate of Posting", stating our return address. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels unless you have this certificate. Items returned with postage unpaid may not be delivered.

Unfortunately we cannot accept requests for additional items (above the quantity of items on the original order) on returned orders. A new order should be placed on the website instead.

 

Payment Methods We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).

Online Orders & Card Security All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.

Refunds Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.
